This Privacy Policy describes how Workflow (the “App”) handles information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Workflow is an automation pipeline operated by a single developer for personal use. It downloads videos, edits and dubs them (subtitles, text-to-speech, translation), and publishes the results to platforms you manage — including Facebook Reels, YouTube, and Shopee affiliate comment placement.
The App is not offered to the general public and does not have end users other than the operator. It does not run a public sign-up, does not serve advertising, and does not sell data.
When you connect a third-party account, the App requests only the minimum scopes needed to perform the actions you initiate. The exact permissions are listed below.
The App uses Google APIs for YouTube publishing, reading your own Google Sheets, transcription/translation, and verifying your identity during OAuth.

It does not post to TikTok and does not request scopes beyond what is required for login and download.

These credentials are not transmitted to any party other than the service they belong to. Treat any credential that has appeared in an old log file as compromised and rotate it.

The App does not sell, rent, or share data with third parties. The only external transmissions are to the API provider whose service is being called (for example, a video file is sent to the YouTube Data API when you request an upload). No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included.
Local data (videos, database, cookies, credentials) is retained on your machine until you delete it. Optional Cloudflare R2 log uploads are retained according to your own bucket lifecycle policy. Because the operator and the user are the same individual, no separate retention period is enforced by the App.
Because Workflow is a single-operator tool, you control all data directly. You may:
The App is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect any data from children. Because it has no public-facing sign-up, no child can become a user.
Credentials and data are stored locally on your machine and transmitted only over HTTPS to the relevant provider. The App is intended for local, personal use and is not hardened for public internet exposure. If you deploy it beyond a local network, you are responsible for additional access controls, TLS termination, and network security.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the App or the APIs it uses. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
