These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Workflow (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By installing, configuring, or running the App, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Workflow is an automation pipeline that downloads videos, edits and dubs them (subtitles, text-to-speech, translation), and publishes the results to platforms you manage — including Facebook Reels, YouTube, and Shopee affiliate comment placement. The App runs locally on your own machine and is operated by a single developer for personal use.
The App is not offered to the general public and does not provide a public service with end users other than the operator.
You agree to use the App only:
You are solely responsible for any content you process or publish through the App, and for ensuring that your use of affiliate links complies with the relevant platform’s and merchant’s rules (including Shopee’s affiliate program policies).
The App integrates with Google (YouTube, Gemini, Google Translate, Google Sheets, sign-in), Meta/Facebook (Graph API for Pages), and TikTok (Login Kit). Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms and policies, which you must comply with independently of these Terms:
The App accesses only the scopes you explicitly grant. The provider may suspend or revoke API access at its discretion; the App has no control over such decisions.
You retain all rights to the content you process with the App. By using the App, you grant it the technical permission necessary to download, transform, and upload your content to the destinations you select. The App does not claim ownership of your content.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to any source video, audio, image, or text you process, and that your use of it (including dubbing, translation, and redistribution) is permitted under applicable copyright and platform rules.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or accounts, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the App. Because the App is a personal-use tool provided free of charge, the operator’s total liability is limited to zero where allowed by law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
